Pricing Policy
We try very hard to provide excellent value for money. We may not be the cheapest, but will not be the most expensive either. We spend a lot of time and money maintaining our villa to ensure that visitors are able to enjoy a terrific time in a lovely part of the real Florida, while staying in a comfortable environment. If you examine the total costs of a Florida holiday, you will see that the villa rental cost is a modest portion. We provide a beautiful, well-maintained and well-equipped property in a safe, peaceful location with a local management company in support.We have many repeat visitors and offer them a 10% discount on the rental prices shown. Our inclusive pool and spa heat, cleaning fee and taxes are already 'at cost' so cannot be discounted.
How to book
Step 1 - Check availability in our calendar for 2010.Step 2 - email us or phone us with your preferred dates. We will confirm availability and provide a free, no-obligation quotation by return. To give you time to make arrangements with others and to organise flights we will not offer your requested dates to anyone else for 48 hours. If you let us know that you are planning to book but need to finalise flights or coordinate with others we will hold dates for a further 48 hours without any obligation at all. How to PayYou can pay us by bank transfer, cheques in UK Pounds or checks in US dollars. We also accept credit cards and debit cards via Paypal, so if you prefer this payment method and the accompanying peace of mind please let us know. We will then enable Paypal as a payment method for the deposit and balance - always within your complete control. If you select PayPal, we will ask you to pay the charges.
A deposit of £100 ($160) per week is required to confirm your booking, with the balance payable in full any time up to 4 weeks before departure. We also request a refundable security deposit of £50 ($90) per booking. When we receive your balance, we will forward a link to a private web page with detailed directions and instructions for collecting the keys from our local agents.
