How to book
First
check availability in our calendar for2008.
We update this calendar immediately when every booking is confirmed.
Then email us or phone
with your preferred dates. We will confirm availability and provide a
no-obligation quotation by return. To give you time to make arrangements
with others and to organise flights we will not offer your requested dates
to anyone else for 24 hours. If
you inform us that you are planning to book but need to finalise some
details we will hold dates for a further 48 hours without any obligation. After that time if we have not heard from
you we will accept other requests for the same dates.
If you request a quote for particular dates and don't tell us that you
are planning to book, we will continue to quote those dates to others.
To avoid disappointment, just let us know.
How to Pay
You
can pay us by bank/wire transfer, cheques in UK Pounds or checks
in US dollars. We also accept credit cards and debit cards via Paypal, so if you prefer this payment method and the accompanying peace of mind please let us know. We will then enable Paypal as a payment method for the deposit and balance - always within your complete control. We offer this as a service to prospective guests and don't charge any premium to cover their fees.
A deposit of £100 ($300) per week is required to confirm your booking,
with the balance payable in full any time up to 8 weeks before departure.
We also request a refundable security deposit of £50 ($100) per booking. When we receive your balance, we will forward a link to a web page with
detailed directions and instructions for collecting the keys from our local agents.
