Inside the Villa

This villa is designed around the open plan "Great Room" with cathedral ceiling, a spacious kitchen and a light and airy dining area. To one side is the master suite. On the other side are bedrooms 2 and 3 and bathroom 2. This side can be closed off from the great room with a sliding door. In between is the open plan kitchen.

In addition there is a "den" which offers an additional sitting room during the day and optional bedroom 4 at night. There is a built-in wardrobe, sofa which converts into a double bed if required and a TV.

The kitchen is fully-equipped with everything you could require. There is a breakfast bar and separate spacious family dining area.

The double garage with remote-controlled opener provides a shady place to leave your car when "at home" and also includes a full-sized washer and dryer.
