Inside the Villa
The floor plan on the right clearly shows the excellent layout of our villa. It is designed around the central, open plan "Great Room" with vaulted, cathedral ceiling, a spacious kitchen and a light and airy dining area. To one side is the master suite. On the other side are bedrooms 2 and 3 and bathroom 2. This side can be closed off from the great room with a sliding door. In between is the open plan kitchen.
In addition there is a "den" which offers an additional sitting room during the day and optional bedroom 4 at night. There is a built-in wardrobe, sofa which converts into
a double bed if required and a TV.
The kitchen is
fully-equipped with everything you could require. There is a breakfast bar and separate spacious family dining
area.
The double garage with
remote-controlled opener provides a shady place to leave your car
when "at home" and also includes a full-sized washer and
dryer.
