for the family to relax at any time. The entrance hallway opens out into
the great room itself. Measuring 16' by 16' (approx.) with a high cathedral
ceiling there is easy access to the kitchen, the dining room, the lanai
and the rest of the villa. The built in entertainment unit includes a
27" TV with satellite decoder and VCR on one side and hi fi system
on the other.
Den/bedroom 4
This 12'8" by 11'4" (approx.), room includes a fitted double
wardrobe, 19" TV and double sofa bed. This enables it to be used
as a separate family room during the day, and optionally as a bedroom
at night if required. Double sliding doors allow you to close off the
den from the great room.
