We are happy for guests to book their holiday starting and ending on any day of the week. This can often mean a significant saving in flight costs. We do not charge any premium for this. If you want to stay for an odd number of nights, simply multiply the rate for one night by the total number of nights. Our rental license from the State of Florida specifies a minimum rental period of 7 nights.
You can pay by check, cheque, bank transfer in the UK or USA, even PayPal. (We’ll ask you to pick up any fees if you choose a US bank transfer or PayPal). We ask for a 10% deposit to confirm your dates with the balance due just one month before your stay. We also ask for a modest security deposit of £50 ($80) per booking - though we have never kept one yet. This is refunded after the end of your visit.
