VillaThe villa comprises a "Great Room" with cathedral ceiling, a "den" with built-in wardrobe and double sofa which converts into a fourth double bedroom if required, three bedrooms (one king, one queen, and one twin), two bathrooms (master with a jacuzzi/spa bath and a large separate walk-in shower), fully-equipped kitchen with breakfast bar and separate family dining area. The double garage with remote-controlled opener provides a shady place to leave your car when "at home" and also includes a full-sized washer and dryer.Pool and Jacuzzi / SPAThe pool faces South-East, enjoying the sun from sun-rise until late afternoon or early evening. The larger than average pool deck measures 50' by 20' (approx.) is completely enclosed by a pool cage and provides plenty of space for lazing in the sun or shade on the sun beds provided. The "lanai" (covered part of the pool deck) is enclosed on 3 sides for added privacy and is equipped with a large table and chairs for outdoor eating and a gas BBQ. The pool is heated by an electric heat pump (rather than relying on solar heating) to guarantee warm swimming every single day of the year. In addition there is a "spa" (whirlpool/jacuzzi) with space for 8 and a hot & cold pool shower.BeachesThe Gulf Coast beaches which are within an easy 12 minute drive from the villa are rarely busy. Golfers will find a huge choice nearby with several courses within Rotonda itself. Shoppers will find a wide range of shops from small family run places to huge modern malls within easy range. A choice of nearby large supermarkets offer everything you might need for a family vacation at reasonable prices. Bird watchers and nature lovers will find a wide variety of birds and other wildlife both on Rotonda itself which is a wildlife sanctuary, and also at the beach. Fishermen will be spoilt for choice both on the beach, in the intra-coastal waterway and in the river at the end of the garden.
