Welcome to our web site where we've tried to provide an honest and straightforward view of our lovely villa. We (and the bank) own this as part of our pension planning. We're not a company, a travel agent, or accommodation agency - just a married English couple. In 2000 we visited and fell in love with the South-West Gulf Coast of Florida. In 2001 we returned and designed and built this villa in Rotonda West, Florida.
We visit every year and paint, update, replace linens, towels, pans - whatever is needed to keep it fresh and “like new”. During your visit a professional local management company are available to ensure that everything is working correctly and swiftly fix or replace anything that breaks.
You will be renting directly from us with no commissions or overheads. We do our best to offer excellent value for money and as a result have a high percentage of repeat visitors every year who enjoy a modest discount. This is not a ‘rental unit’, this is our home from home and we maintain it and care for it the same as our UK home.
